As all orders are custom made, please allow up to ten working days for decals and stickers to be made. You’ll receive an email update once your items have been shipped.
For stickers, there is the option of standard post (postal) or tracked within New Zealand. For overseas, due to cost, at this stage we only offer standard post. Please be aware that there is no tracking if sending postal, and we take no responsibility for items lost within the mail system if sent this way.
For our decals, they can be used outdoors. For our printed vinyl stickers, though you are welcome to use them where you wish, I cannot guarantee any outcome for longevity due to the ink not being UV rated.
Due to the custom nature of the items, we do not offer returns for change of mind. If there are any other issues or the product arrives faulty, please send me a message straight away.
The following delivery targets are a guide only. We cannot guarantee shipping times as it is in the hands of the shipping company once the items are sent.
Within New Zealand: 3 working days
Australia: 3-6 working days
Rest of the World: 6-10 working days
